Solamente uso Photoshop CS y para convertirlo a ico el IconWorkshop 5. Eso unicamente no uso otros programas o plugins para photoshop.

Algunas cosas las he hecho con vectores pero para lograr los brillos que deseo para los iconos prefiero usar Photoshop. Creo que es cuestion de preferecias que de uso correcto de alguna herramienta, a algunos les sirve mas trabajar unicamente en vectores, a otros con pixeles.

Pretty cool. I have a question though. How do you manage to make one icon look perfect on any size of view? Like if I set my desktop icons to be 48x48 when your icon is 16x16, it still looks smooth and clean.
